This is a dish I made a couple of weeks ago. It's made of pork meat and eggs. The way the eggs turn brown is from the caramelized sugar that is in the dish. It was really yummy. I got the recipe from my grandma. She's the BEST cook ever!!!!
This is served with steamed jasmine rice.
