Caillou Party

So, I'm trying to plan this little party for Elijah. He's turning 2!!!! I can't believe it. .

I want to make a Caillou cake. My MIL is making a Caillou pinata (I don't know how to make that litte ~ on top of the N).

I'm not sure I want to have to buy the pan for one cake. I also thought about doing just his head with cupcakes. My friend Kara might help me. I don't know....I want the cake to turn out good. I guess we'll see what happens.
