Our Arkansas Vacation

We left Thursday morning. We said we'd leave early around 7am, but didn't get out of the house until around 8-ish. I was getting a little upset with Cesar because he was messing with his plants and stuff.

Anyway, we had to stop at a little gas station for some ice. As we were trying to get on the freeway, Nic spotted some goats up by the road. They were up on those overpasses right by the road. So, Cesar turned around to check 'em out. As we got closer, we sure saw the goats. There were two of them. Cesar told me to call animal control but I told him to. I was already a bit upset that we left later than we planned. So, he called and got the non-emergency # for the police that the recording says to call. The lady on the other phone had apparently already got a call about them. So, we were happy about that. So, we waited about 5 mins and then the animal control car arrived. We didn't stay to see the rescue, but I did get some pics of them. Here they are. The one standing was breathing a little funny. Cesar says they were probably dehydrated.



We stopped at the Oklahoma welcome center because Cesar wanted to see if he could find some interested places to go to on the way.

We then got to the Arkansas welcome center around 3pm. Here is a picture of us.



We also stopped at some grapevines. It was pretty.




We finally arrived at LaQuinta Inn in Russellville, AR around 4:30 pm. We checked in and went swimming. I got in the Hot Spa. It felt so good!

The rest will be just random pictures of all the places we went to. We had lots of fun and can't wait to be able to go back! One thing tho, Elijah starting feeling kind of sick on Saturday night. So, we did leave a day early, but didn't regret it. We had fun on the way back.
